Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days (excluing holidays), though in most cases it is much quicker than this and orders may even leave the same day. We use UPS or USPS Priority Mail for most shipments, and provide tracking & insurance to our customers for all shipments.  We ship to the continental United States as well as Alaska & Hawaii.  We also ship to Canada as well as to the United Kingdom (UK), though additional shipping charges will apply at checkout.

Returns & Replacements
Before returning any item to us please contact us, via email or phone, and include your order reference number, the part/s you wish to return and the reason of return. We will then issue you with a returns authorization form, this form must be completed and included with your return parcel. If your return does not include this form, or you have not obtained authorization beforehand, then we have the right to refuse any return. Please allow up to 30 days for us to process your refund.  Any part can be returned to Series-Defender Outfitters up to 30 days after an order is received, with no restocking fee, except Special Order Parts* ordered per customer request.  Parts returned after 30 are subject to a 20% restocking fee, after 90 days are subject to a 40% restocking fee, and no returns generally accepted after 120 days but please contact us in advance to discuss potential options if necessary.  (*Special Order Parts or Custom Parts are non-returnable unless defective. Depending on the item, a 50% deposit or payment-in-full may be required when ordering.)
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.  In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. At all times where we disclose your information it will remain secure. 
Viewing Orders
Order information can be found in the confirmation email that is sent automatically, as well as on our Orders & Returns page by entering your Order ID, Billing Last Name, and Email Address of Zip Code.
Updating Account Information
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. SD Outiffters LLC and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.
